Organisation Portal
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Organisation Portal:
- An enhancement has been added to the system to only list available organisation roles for a user
- This enhancement can be accessed at Org Portal > Manage Workers > View Details > Edit Role
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed to the Organisation Portal:
- The Manage Share Codes link in the side menu is now only visible to Administrators and System Administrators.
- An issue where deleted documents were appearing in certain pages about credentials has been fixed.
TikForce Positions Application
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed to the TikForce Positions Application:
- An issue where Freshdesk tickets were not being sent to Freshdesk has been fixed.
TikMe Application
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the TikMe Application:
- The TikForce ID Verification process has been improved. Improvements include:
- A new progress UI showing how the user is doing
- The ability to continue through the process if a document fails
- Sending the user to the last failed document if they leave and come back to the process
- ID Photo examples
- Better wording
- Final status page showing the user the full results of their process and the ability to go back to all parts of the process.
Core System
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Core System:
- The auto-processing of ID Photos is now more thorough, accounting for:
- Blurriness
- Glasses
- Head orientation
- Neutral expression
- Occlusion
- Noisiness/graininess of the photo
- Over or under exposure
- An issue with not locking out users that failed to login too many times was fixed.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed to the Core System:
