New Features

  • The API has been updated to improve the mobile app and to enhance inductions functionality
  • Some worker reports have been removed from UK environment. The reports retained are:
    • TF-Org-Workers-Verification-Status
    • TF-Org-Workers-Positions
    • TF-Org-Workers-Info
    • TF-Org-Workers-Credentials-Expiry
  • When an organisation manager finishes a position for a worker, their position will automatically go from Initiated to In Progress
    • Note that this only happens if the worker has already completed the identity process
  • Some localisation has been done for the UK environment, specifically:
    • The ID requirements and help text in Positions
    • The System Information menu in Org
  • To comply with the GDPR, users will now be presented with a message stating our site uses cookies
  • Admins can now remove workers from positions and locations
    • Note this only applies to Not Started, Initiated, and In Progress positions

Bug Fixes

  • An issue where MTM reports were failing in production has been resolved
    • Note the issue that was occurring here was the report was timing out. All that’s been done is the timeout period has been increased.
  • An issue with adding and updating High Risk Work Licences in the Org Portal has been resolved
  • A bug in Admin where the link for viewing an organisation was incorrect has been resolved
