115 Release Notes
New Features
- Organisation managers can no longer cancel a workers position(s) when removing a worker from their organisation.
- An enhancement has been added to the system so when organisation managers have been logged out, they'll instead be taken to a successful logout page instead of the login page.
- The Stripe payment gateway has been updated to the latest version.
- An enhancement has been added to the system to link Stripe payments to organisations.
- An enhancement has been added to the system to allow org manager to accept the terms and conditions of using the organisation portal.
- A new feature has been added to the system to allow org managers to invite existing organisations to become their supplier. This new feature can be accessed from Associations > Manage Suppliers menu by clicking Invite Supplier.
- The Edit button has been removed from the Manage Position Workers page in the organisation portal
- An issue with PDF files appearing corrupted in the Admin portal when uploaded as an Identity Document was resolved
Bug Fixes
- An issue with some position expiry dates not updating successfully was resolved
- An issue with induction credentials not being set to Initiated status when the position hadn't been started yet was resolved.
- An issue with some valid identity documents not uploading from GBG to the Credenxia Admin platform was fixed
Known issues
- Some existing org managers won’t get the terms and conditions box when they first login upon the release of 115. They will see it upon login after the second time, but we believe this issue will be resolved in 116.
