Org Portal
Enhancement:
- An enhancement to prompt organisation to enter the Credit Card details when choosing CC as a payment type within the system has been created. This feature can be configured in View Profile, Update Default Payment Type.
- An enhancement has been implemented to enable managers to edit a worker's email when the worker's status is not started.
- Managers now have the capability to remove positions and locations from their workers when the status is either "not started" or "initiated".
- Managers now have the capability to request an exemption in org portal by providing supporting documents and a concise statement outlining the reasons for their request.
- An enhancement has been implemented to showcase worker identity credentials and statuses in the org portal. Furthermore, managers now have access to comments provided by support related to the credential.
- An enhancement has been implemented to provide users with the option to enable or disable email notifications according to their preferences. This can be done in Positions.tikforce - Account settings.
Bug-Fix:
- The issue regarding the incorrect list of nominated assessors has been resolved.
- The credential group associated with a position or location can now undergo automatic verification immediately upon upload. This feature can be configured according to the organisation's preferences.
- An error when reassigning a worker to a position after being removed has been resolved.
- The issue of displaying incorrect lists when managers assign locations to workers/suppliers has been resolved. Now, only the locations that have been specifically assigned to the supplier will appear on the list for allocation to the worker.
- A server error that occurred when a manager attempted to add a worker has been resolved.
- The issue of allocating the same position/location but from different parent organisation hierarchies to a sub-suppliers been resolved.
- An issue of credentials being duplicated after setting for unique entity was resolved.
- The issue where non-exemptor managers could access the "Pending Exemption" page via the "back to active exemption" link has been resolved. Now, only exemptors have access to this page.
New Feature:
- A new role, "Read Only Access," has been implemented in the system. Users assigned to this role will be able to view all content within the org portal but will be restricted from taking any actions.
Positions Portal
Enhancement:
- Workers can have the capability to bypass mandatory credentials, by clicking on “I do not have this credential” in positions or locations at the organisation's discretion. This will put the credential to the “On Hold” status and manager will be notified.
- Managers will now receive a popup notification presenting options to either redirect them to the organization portal or remain within the positions portal.
- Users can now save and display their ID card data directly in Google Wallet and Apple Wallet.
