Organisation Portal
Enhancements:
- An enhancement has been made to the system to include workers from suppliers who have been removed from the removed list of peak organisations.
- The system has been enhanced to hide the project functionality for sub-suppliers unless a peak organisation has set up a project.
- An enhancement has been made to fix the credential status display for workers with multiple credentials in the same group. Expiring credentials now remain linked and accessible.
Bug Fix:
- An issue that caused the 'View Detail' page in the organisation portal to display an 'Internal Error' has been resolved. A data correction was applied to remove credentials lacking a verification status.
- An issue with position allocation visibility has been resolved. Previously, when a peak organisation allocated positions to a supplier, the system incorrectly displayed these positions as if they were allocated by the supplier. This has been corrected to ensure proper visibility and hierarchy of position allocation between organisations.
- An issue where GST was not included on invoices when an organisation was set up for credit card payments has been resolved.
- A fix has been applied to resolve an issue where Exemptor displayed an error when following the notification email for processed exemptions. If the exemption has already been processed, users are now directed to a confirmation page instead of an error page.
- An issue with the auto-verify credentials feature has been resolved. The initial problem occurred because the feature was not enabled for the required credentials. Additionally, it was found that the feature was not working for induction credentials. The feature has now been fixed and is fully functional for all types of credentials.
Position Portal
Enhancements:
- The system has been enhanced to request a Foreign passport and Australian visa in one credential only.
- An enhancement has been added to the system, allowing workers to be verified through Connect ID using their own bank account. This feature is currently available for testing only in the test environment. The updated process for identity verification in Connect ID x Credenxia now follows three steps: first, the Phone Number, then the Photo, and finally, the Connect ID.
- Bug Fix:
- A payment issue preventing workers from opening inductions has been resolved.
- A fix has been applied to enforce ID submission before induction. Users are now redirected to the ID submission page if incomplete, ensuring proper verification. This update prevents bypassing the ID submission step.
