What's New in CredEntry
October 2026 | Platform Updates & New Capabilities
We're pleased to introduce CredEntry Release 164, bringing new functionality and improvements to reporting, compliance management, document handling and platform performance.
This release focuses on reducing manual administration, improving visibility and making everyday tasks easier for organisations and their teams.
1. New Features
Automated Scheduled Reports
You can now schedule reports to run automatically and have them delivered directly to your inbox.
What's new:
Schedule reports daily, weekly or monthly.
Receive completed reports as email attachments.
Access larger reports through a secure download link.
Manage reporting schedules without having to generate reports manually each time.
This makes it easier to monitor workforce compliance and stay informed with less manual effort.
Improved Email Delivery Notifications
Managers now have better visibility when workers are unable to receive important CredEntry emails.
What's new:
A warning appears in the portal when a worker's email address is no longer working.
Managers receive a weekly summary of affected workers.
Email delivery issues can be identified and addressed before further important communications are missed.
These improvements help organisations maintain communication with their workforce, particularly for invitations and credential expiry reminders.
2. Additional CredEntry Capabilities
As we continue to expand the platform, we're introducing functionality that can support organisations with more specialised requirements.
